Relationship Manager - Sales - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- We are seeking a Sales Manager with marketing and sales experience for India's leading company in India.
Job roles :
- Maintaining to agency regulations, guidelines, and procedures and ensuring that staff members do the same Regular and periodic review, and mentoring of all the relationship
- Recruit and Activate advisors as per plan
- To focus on and develop various business segments as per the sales strategy
- Provide assistance to advisors in lead generation, prospecting and business development
- Ensure the selling through team of advisors is aligned to all business quality metrics
- Drive sales initiatives to achieve targets and increase the agency's market share.
Candidate Profile :
Minimum Qualification : Graduate.
- Age preferably 22 to 38 years.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Field Sales and Marketing
- Should have a personal vehicle.
- Comfortable working with digital tools
