Relationship Manager - Sales - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with NoBroker's paid customers.
- Create long-lasting relationships and trust with customer accounts by being open and communicative with them.
- Recognize and evaluate client needs.
- Assisting the consumer in locating the ideal tenant or home for their needs.
- Answer inbound and outbound calls from prospects and customers.
- Use internal resources and techniques to give customers the best service possible.
- Advocate for customers during negotiations with leads.
- Inform clients of the status of their accounts.
- Adhere to communication protocols, rules, and policies.
- Go above and above to offer superb customer service.
