Relationship Manager - Sales - BFS (1-8 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Achieve Net AUM in high margin products as per the targets
- Achievement of Sales targets inclusive of High margin and Low margin products allocated for your market.
- Establish, develop, and maintain business by selling all products of the AMC through IFA- s, National Distributors, and Direct Sales to clients/corporates.
- Plan and carry out effective distributor engagement activities and conduct training programs for IFA's.
- Manage and monitor the performance of the team to achieve the allocated AUM targets through them
- Formulate and implement the internal and external training programs for sales officers of the company and distributors' staff.
Requirements :
- NISM V A Certified (Mandatory)
- Good Communication Skills must be able to converse in English and local language
- Good business writing skills
- Comfortable with travel locally as well as outstation
- 1-8 yrs experience for RM; 1-8 years overall experience for Senior RM
- At Least 1 years- of experience of Mutual Fund sales through IFA's or ND's
- Candidate must have flair and attitude for Sales
