Relationship Manager - Sales - Banking (2-8 yrs)
We are in search of a results-oriented Financial Relationship Manager to guide our team, formulate strategies, enhance revenue, and guarantee outstanding customer service and adherence to compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for overseeing a designated number of bank branches and points of sale, while driving objectives related to brokerage accounts and revenue through collaboration with channel partners.
- The objective is to attain a minimum of 75 Demat accounts in accordance with the pre-established monthly sales target.
- Daily responsibilities include conducting at least three client meetings, making one visit to a branch, and attending to the assigned branches.
- To guarantee the successful implementation of all promotional and contest initiatives.
- Facilitate and coordinate four monthly training sessions for partners and bank employees.
- Maintain and submit daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA (Preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and channel management, preferably in BFSI products/services, with a focus on broking.
- Domain Expertise Familiarity with broking, capital markets, and banking sectors.
- Possession of a vehicle (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) is required.
- Proficient in relationship management and knowledgeable about financial products.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
