Relationship Manager - Sales - Banking (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Establish and preserve solid bonds with both current and prospective wealthy customers.
- To understand their financial objectives and offer tailored solutions, hold frequent client meetings.
- Evaluate the financial portfolios of clients and provide suitable investment and banking products.
- To provide wise counsel, keep abreast of economic and market developments.
- To take advantage of business referral opportunities, raise awareness of new goods and services and determine client needs.
- Working together with support staff and other team members to offer customers goods and services
- Determine where banking goods and services can be upsold and cross-marketed.
- By actively engaging with clients, meet the bank's sales goals.
- Work together with internal groups to provide a smooth banking experience.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
