Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (6-10 yrs)
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Management of Commercial/ Trade & Current Account relationships in business banking segment
- Acquire New Trade Finance and Forex clients
- Activate existing clients to start their trade and Forex transactions
- Acquisition of Corporate customers for Forex and Trade Services
- Conduct regular branch and client visits and resolve customer queries
- Retain existing clients and enhancement of Trade/Forex business
- Manage trade related transactions
- Collaborate with several General Service departments e.g. GTSU (Global Trade Service Units) to ensure clients receive quality service
- Ensure Compliance to Internal & External Guidelines on trade Finance activities
- Enhance trade relations and seek referrals
Deliverables :
- Manage relationship with Trade customer
- Income and scorecard achievement
- Develop new relationships with customers to increase revenue and accounts
- Ensure trade compliance
- Maintain number of current account (CA) balance
- Achieve revenue targets by selling various products (for e.g.: CA / CMS / Trade Finance / Business Banking / General Insurance / SB / FD / Business Credit Cards / Prepaid Cards / other banking or third party products etc)
- Focused approach towards achievement of respective income and acquisition plan
Skills and Competencies:
- Written and oral communications skills
- Experience in managing trade
- Knowledge of compliance of the bank
- Ability to conceptualize, plan and implement customer acquisition and service strategies
- Ability to build and maintain relationship with clients to ensure customer retention
Educational Qualifications : Graduation (Any Specialization)/ MBA
