Job Title: Relationship Manager

Location: Regional (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Ahmedabad)

Department: Sales and Client Acquisition

Reporting to: Investment Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced and driven Relationship Managers at the regional level to spearhead client acquisition and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the HNI/UHNI segment, with experience in private wealth companies, private banking, or the preferred customer divisions of banks. This individual will play a pivotal role in representing 9Point Capital's offerings to prospective clients and closing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition

- Identify and target potential HNI/UHNI clients, Family Offices, and Corporate Treasuries within the assigned region.

- Develop and execute strategies to onboard clients through personal networks, referrals, and events.

2. Business Development

- Present and promote 9Point Capital's offerings, focusing on Bitcoin ETFs, Ethereum ETFs, and other digital asset management solutions.

- Customize solutions to align with clients' investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial strategies.

- Meet and exceed regional sales targets and business growth objectives.

3. Client Relationship Management

- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention, satisfaction, and cross-selling opportunities.

- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and provide ongoing support.

4. Market Awareness

- Stay updated on market trends, digital asset opportunities, and competitor offerings.

- Educate potential clients about the advantages of regulated digital asset investments.

5. Compliance and Reporting

- Ensure all client transactions and documentation comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market conditions to the Investment Manager.

Key Requirements

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields.

- Certifications such as CFP, CFA, or NISM are preferred.

Experience:

- 5-7 years of experience in private wealth management, private banking, or the preferred customer divisions of financial institutions.

- Proven track record of acquiring and managing HNI/UHNI clients.

Skills:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.

- Deep understanding of financial products and markets, with knowledge of alternative investments being an advantage.

- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a competitive environment.
