Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (5-6 yrs)
Job Description
- Responsible for including HNI customers into the preferred programmer and offering them a superior customer experience to enhance the profitability of the relationship by increasing the relationship size, cross selling the right products, acquiring family a/c, retaining and enhancing the relationship.
- RM is responsible for acquiring new to Bank imperia relationships.
- Acquiring, enhancing, deepening and retention of HNI/UHNI/NRI portfolio management.
- Ensure that HDFC Bank is one stop shop & solution for all banking needs of the Imperia customers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in banking sales from BFSI/NBFC sector (exposure to portfolio management preferred).
- Target achiever in their past role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Should have done cross selling of different banking products.
- Should be able to get New to Bank (NTB) & Existing to Bank (ETB) customers and maintain good relationship.
- Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial industry.
- Excellent knowledge on Banking products and its processes.
- Added advantage, if candidate has NRI product and regulatory knowledge.
- Excellent Planning and organizing skills.
