Job Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wealth management, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of managing and growing client relationships. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their financial needs, providing tailored investment solutions, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage distribution Sales for location and handle top key relationships for product focusing PMS & AIF, Manage key relationship distributor, direct clients.

- Client acquisition as major role and meet revenue targets of the company by distributing AIF and PMS products.

- Distributor's clients call for new sales & existing portfolio review on AIF and PMS though audio, video & in person meeting.

- Responsible for strategizing, growing, and managing channel partners.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and risk tolerance.

- Provide personalized investment advice and develop customized financial plans aligned with AIFPMS Experts' proven process.

- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and adjust strategies as needed to align with clients' changing needs and market conditions.

- Communicate the benefits of AIFPMS Experts' meticulous investment process and commitment to long-term returns.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

- Stay informed about market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date information.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Prepare and present detailed investment reports and performance updates to clients.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- CFA, CFP, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.

- Minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
