Responsibilities : Achievement of target numbers for product case branches
1-Account opening numbers
2-NAV numbers
3-CIB numbers
4-FD numbers
- Branch Visits, Meeting Cluster Heads & Zonal Heads, Organise Cluster conferences & Implement discussed strategy in region
- Doing Corporate Tie ups for supporting branches for additional NR Leads for NTB Acquisition
- To run contest & drives for building Momentum
- Provide support to branch banking for any queries and complaints related to account opening, RBI guidelines etc.
-Identify NR Champs in Respective Branches and Train them
- Organise activities & events with br banking team for generating Nr leads
- Analyze, and work on MIS received from Central Product team to formulate strategy that help branch for achieving the budgets
Qualification-Graduate preferably MBA
