- Developing and maintaining good relationships with allotted bank branches.
- Extracting and providing required reports and MIS.
- Introduction of new products and processes for the distribution of Company products in the bank.
- Single point of contact for all escalation and grievances handling of Customers and Bank Employees.
- Training of bank employees for pushing organization products.
- To Take care of day to day operations and transactions at Branch Banking.
- Providing solutions to customer queries and requests.
- Managing HNI Customers.
- Handling of Portfolio customers.
- Achieve premium targets and revenue generation.
