Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (4-9 yrs)
Job Description :
Looking for an individual contributor from Banking background with Wealth Management and HNI client handling.
Job Purpose :
- To deliver exceptional sales performance by identifying and meeting customer needs through selling & cross-selling of all products & services.
- To manage & maintain the highest customer satisfaction levels through pro-active client engagement & relationship management.
Job Role & Responsibilities :
- Generate new business to achieve defined sales target.
- Build and deepen relationships with existing Wealth Customers to achieve increase in share of wallet and revenues.
- Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure ongoing self- development, updating oneself about the markets and current affairs which drives the financial industry.
- Manage the portfolio to de-risk against attrition and achieve stability of book.
- Manage the key performance indicators at the highest level.
- Have complete knowledge of customer base in terms of the profile, demographics and psychographics and assets in the Bank and in other places
Desired Candidate Profile :
Experience : 4 to 9 years
- Good communication (verbal and written skills)
- Ability to speak in local language and English.
- Understanding of local market and captive client base.
Education Qualification:
- Minimum Graduate with any stream
- Post Graduate with any stream.
