Job Title: Preferred Relationship Manager
Responsible for including HNI customers into the Preferred programme and offering them a superior customer experience to enhance the profitability of the relationship by increasing the relationship size, cross selling the right products, acquiring family a/c- s, retaining and enhancing the relationship. The RM is also responsible for acquiring new to Bank Imperia relationships.
To be a one point contact for all his financial needs and services, thus enhancing current relationship value and wallet share which will further increase profitability from these relationships.
Key Responsibility Areas:
1) HNW Portfolio Management, Acquiring, Enhancing, Deepening & Retention.
2) Enhance the overall value/book size of the portfolio along with quality/hygiene parameters.
3) Ensure that an optimal level of income generating product group holding (IPGH) & customer to group (CTG) is reached.
4) Ensure quality customer service is delivered, resolve all complaints received within the stipulated TAT- s
5) Strictly adhere & maintain KYC/AML norms compliance of the HDFC Bank.
6) Ensuring MTD & YTD Revenue Targets.
Gross Salary: As per banking norms + high Incentives.
Branches Vacant: 15, Delhi.
Eligibility:
1. Qualification: Graduation is must.
2. Experience: 4 to 8 years. (Banking only)
3. Age: up to 35 years.
4. Should be from Banking domain only
