Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (3-5 yrs)
1. Manage end-to-end customer relations and ensure any new feedback is communicated to the Operations & Technical team
2. Be on top of new developments and trends in the market, technology, internet/mobile,ecommerce, online service and continuously leverage them to own market share.
3. Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Tech and Operation teams for support and initiatives
4. Responsible for understanding business processes and user experiences and recommend new and improved ways of working
5. Lead Mentor acquisition for the organisation.
6. Engage and maintain interactive relationship with existing Mentors.
7. Responsible for end to end execution of Mentor acquisition
8. Manage all aspects of Mentor- accounts including Induction and all profile updates.
9. Mentor interaction as per the SOP either telephonically or electronically
- Keep records of interactions and transactions; follow up on Mentor interactions.
10. Process documentation for various processes in place, pertaining to Mentors.
