Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (3-5 yrs)
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Providing advice on stocks, derivatives, currencies, and commodities to high-net-worth individuals.
- Actively engaging with clients to provide efficient consulting and generate income through financial products.
- Cross-selling insurance, mutual funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and other financial products to meet the diverse needs of clients.
- Personally, assisting customers with a substantial book value (at least 25 lacs) in their financial portfolio management.
- Resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely and effective manner to maintain a positive client experience.
- Holding regular meetings to attract new clients and retain existing ones by understanding and addressing their financial goals.
- Using call tracking, setting weekly targets, conducting meetings, and participating in conference calls to monitor and enhance the advising skills of the financial advisors.
- Creating comprehensive customer profiles through analyzing information, providing portfolio recommendations, and conducting thorough assessments of clients' financial needs.
