Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (3-12 yrs)

a) Identify new client segment to get business from them to increase gross and net sales.

b) Has to handle existing clients and increase business output from them by adequate planning and strategy.

c) Has to have high level of connectivity with large corporate clients and increase service standards, Visibility and goodwill among corporate clients.

- Key Challenges for the role are as follows :

a) Increase the AUM with existing clients and strengthen the relationship with them in the given cut throat market situation. Many new players have already entered and some more are expected to enter this segment shortly.

b) Availability of competitive products in time in line with the market expectation is a challenge given the fast changing business expectations and new entrant

Principal Accountabilities :

- Accountability Supporting Actions

- Business Management and achieving the set target o Maximize business through top clients through sound relationship.

- Conduct business meetings and across the table presentations to corporate clients.

- Identify high-end potential clients to expand the business base.

- Build strong Client Relationship o Maintain excellent relationship with existing clients and expansion of key clients

- Ensuring high volume of business in the given location/segment to achieve the desired gross sales.

- Develop and maintain key corporate clients.

- Compliance on all regulatory rules o Provide strategic support for service excellence and ensure compliance on all regulatory and internal audit requirements

- Ensure all SEBI/AMFI rules and regulations are strictly complied.

- Maintaining MIS & Reporting o Update client ownership report every month regularly to state/centre head.

- Maintain New client MIS and report to State/centre head

- Ensure corporate client database is updated regularly by sales support.
