Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (3-10 yrs)
An Affluent RM is the single point relationship management official of the Bank for the high net worth customers in the Wealth Segment of BankHe/she is primarily responsible for providing financial solutions to the Wealth customers and ensure value added services Wealth managers are responsible for providing advise on the financial assets to be built and delivering an absolute performance within the return and risk range agreed upon with their High Net Worth Clients (with initial funding value of Rs 5, 00, 000 for new customers and minimum Total Relationship Value - TRV of Rs 30, 00, 000) The Wealth Managers also help in managing the quality and composition of asset portfolio of their clients The Affluent RMs work in close coordination with the Advisory Team for risk profiling and gaining a deep understanding of the chosen assets to see how the risks come together to impact the investors wealth and makes various product offerings to ensure maximum returns The Affluent RMs are expected to gain market intelligence through the banks systems, Daily Net Asset Value - NAV reports and study Mutual Fund - MF digest to review the risks on a periodic basis and be aware of the changes in financial market conditions
Job Description :
I. Client Management/ Servicing :
- Serve as a dedicated single point of contact for 75-100 HNWI clients
- Portfolio management
- Review individual account relationships to determine the banking and investment needs of clients
- Identify the risk profile of the customer
- Identify potential investment products for clients
- Counsel client on emerging financial issues, new bank products and services, regulatory tax changes, and the general financial environment, in order to advise them of the impact on their personal/corporate wealth and bank related services
II. Product Advice :
- Leverage product experts to generate product specific investment ideas for clients
III. Processes :
- Ensure proper documentation for smooth transaction execution and customer service
- Ensure advisory processes are consistent with defined compliance norms
- Prepare KYC reports of client
IV. Knowledge :
- Build knowledge on available products
- Coordinate with IAG/Product/research group
V. Client Acquisition :
- Create and maintain specific business and marketing plan for existing/new customers
- Leverage networks, partnership, and sources of leads and referrals to access prospective clients
- Interact with internal referral sources to recognize qualified prospects and referral opportunities
- Participation in events to meet current and prospective clients as well as to educate clients on investment products (e.g. investment seminar etc.)
- Refer clients seeking business advisory services to corporate banking/capital markets team
- Actively cross sell / provide referrals to other Axis Group Business Units/ Product groups
