Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (2-4 yrs)
Job Description:
At all assigned candidate need to coordinate with bank staff with given territory and convert lead getting from them into the sales and maintain win-win situation.
- Establishing & strengthening relationship with Chandrapur Bank branch manager & staffs to gain leads
- Prospecting & meeting walk in customers of the Bank and conducting Quick Need Analysis
- Increasing bank's customer awareness about Life Insurance products and achieve the targeted penetration on cross sell within the Chandrapur branch's customer base.
- Creating awareness and motivate bank employees to recommend life insurance products to bank customers
- Delivering consistently on Goal Sheet parameters
- Ensure compliance to internal sales process & other defined sales & service standards
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduation - In any Stream
- Age - 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
