Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Develop and solidify relationships with customers in order to increase the share of wallet and revenues for the phone banking channel.
- Provide great customer service to boost client satisfaction and retention.
- Hold a complete awareness of the traits, demographics, and bank assets of your clientele.
- Serve as the bank's single point of contact for the mapped consumers they serve by cross-selling new products and services to both existing and prospective customers and by giving advise on a variety of bank products in order to build connections.
- Create and maintain banking relationships with a specific group of customers through customised customer care.
- To reach the segment's predetermined goals for the number of customers, volumes, and revenue, create new business.
- Achieve the budgeted cross-selling targets.
