Job Purpose :

- Bring out the best sales presentations to get a hold of customers as per their comfort and according to their preference, to be updated with the organization's products and services; to go ahead and crack those lucrative deals and referring's to achieve the sales targets.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Achieving sales goals/targets in a complete active and result focused environment.

2. You need to be well prepared with presentations involving our offerings to the potential customers.

3. Be a great team player by handling objections and resolving member/customer conflicts by constantly connecting with them through member meetings.

4. Identifying the business model getting a hold of the potential customers and generate new business and opportunities.

5. Building and maintaining strong client relationship and high level of customer service and to be a one point of contact whenever the customer needs assistance.

6. Provide necessary and important information and helping them in booking for the first time when they join us.

7. If they are enrolled, try to get some referrals from their family members as a potential customer.

Candidate who we are looking for :

1. Fluent in the communication part and should have a pleasing personality.

2. Should possess a strong sales experience and should have convincing abilities.

3. The candidate should have high energy and should have the passion to learn more.

4. The candidate can be a fresher or a graduate with an experience of 1-6 Years into direct sales.

5. The candidate should have their own vehicle.
