Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (1-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieving the sales target through assigned leads.

- Meeting prospective customers in assigned geography to understand their financial needs and sell insurance solutions that cater to their needs.

- Take daily follow-up of clients.

- Providing pre-and post-sales support.

- Ensuring quality of business and persistence.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3+ years of proven experience in banking relationship management, preferably within the commercial or corporate banking sector.

- Strong understanding of banking products and services, including lending, treasury, and investment solutions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in using banking software applications and CRM systems.

- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements within the banking industry.
