Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all banking-related matters.
- Proactively identify and assess clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests and provide prompt resolution to any issues.
- Build and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our bank's products, services, and industry trends.
- Actively pursue sales opportunities and exceed sales targets by cross-selling and up-selling banking products and services.
- Monitor clients' accounts and provide regular financial updates, ensuring their financial goals are being met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all client interactions are in adherence to policies and procedures.
