Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (1-4 yrs)
- Finding leads (potential clients) from various online sources and adding those clients to our CRM.
- Act as a Point of Contact with the clients for negotiating contracts for special pricing or No priority request.
- Ensuring timely collection of revenue from the clients by raising timely invoices.
- Maintaining the law-related documentation, legal agreements, and new client profile creation.
- Onboarding new clients onto Kanoon-e by creating their profile and sending out client credentials.
- Meeting and generating ongoing new opportunities, and achieving organizational and individual KPI goals.
