Tekpillar is Looking For a Relationship Manager. A Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for business growth, and resolving customer complaints. They possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and work closely with sales and marketing teams to boost profitability and customer satisfaction.

Job Description :

- Client Relationship Management : Building and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients, including human resources departments and decision-makers, to understand their banking needs and offer tailored financial solutions.

- Employee Engagement : Engaging with employees of corporate clients to provide information about banking services, salary accounts, investment opportunities, and other financial products.

- Account Management : Managing a portfolio of corporate clients and their employees' accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding, account activation, and addressing any account-related queries or issues.

- Financial Consultation : Providing financial advice and guidance to corporate clients and their employees on various banking services, investment options, retirement planning, and other financial matters.

- Product Promotion : Promoting banking products such as savings accounts, salary accounts, loans, insurance, credit cards, and investment opportunities to both corporate clients and their employees.

- Customized Solutions :
Understanding the financial needs and goals of corporate clients and tailoring banking solutions to meet those needs effectively.

- Networking and Business Development : Attending corporate events, seminars, and networking opportunities to expand the bank's client base and generate leads.

- Cross-Selling and Upselling : Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell banking products and services to existing corporate clients and their employees.

- Compliance and Documentation : Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accurately maintaining client records and documentation.

Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's Degree in any stream.

- Proven Work experience required of 1 Year in Any Sales Field or 6 Month Experience in Banking/Insurance/Life Insurance.

- Strong Communications Skills.

- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

- Leadership and team management skills.

- Customer-oriented.

- Local Candidate.
