Job Position: Relationship Manager, Phone Banking Officer, Virtual Relationship Manager
Location: Thane West
Qualification: Graduate
Eligibility Criteria : Fresher / Experienced

Fixed shifts: 9: 30 am to 6:30 pm.
Two weekly offs - one fixed off on Sunday and other one on any week day.
(A) Phone Banking Officer - Roles & Responsibilities :
- To Attend the inbound calls of customers in Credit Cards and process the queries & requests to customer's satisfaction.
- To identify and convert the opportunities for cross selling (banking product) on customer's call
- Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
- Ensure customer - delight- and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues.
- Complete the logs specified by the process (End-of-day target)
- Adherence to Information Security norms & quality process norms.
(B) Virtual Relationship Manager ----Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develops and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities
- Deepens relationships sourcing family accounts
- Cross sells bank products & builds penetration for remote banking channels like net/mobile banking
- Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
- Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
