Relationship Manager - Sales - Bancassurance - Life Insurance (1-8 yrs)
Job Description
- Generate Revenue by getting business from leads generated through assigned 5-10 bank branches.
- Cascade the incentive programs to Banks Staff.
- Build long term relationship with the bank staff.
- Achieve assigned annual target of the branch by driving sales across all customer segments.
- Update branch manager on accurate records of referrals received from all constituents of the branch.
- Regular product training to the sales force of the branch.
Desired candidate profile
- Age between 23 - 35 yrs
- Graduation / Post Graduation
- 1+ year Sales experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance Industry preferred
- Good Communication Skills
- Candidates from life insurance is preferred.
