Relationship Manager - Banca :
Position : Banca FLS
Department : Bancassurance Direct Channel
Reporting to : Territory Manager
Location : Bangalore
Sub Department : Bancassurance- Sales
Context & Role :
- Provide support in service and sales of Life Insurance business through walk-in customers and leads from internal team to convert them.
Key Responsibilities :
- Timely attend to the service appointments given
- Update status of appointments accurately and timely in system
- Work with customer in long term as their relationship manager
- Support SP in performing need analysis and conversion of sales
- Delivering consistently on Goal Sheet parameters
- Adhering to PNB MetLife policies and providing need based selling support.
- Acting as a team player and reporting the number of applications logged in for the business every day to the reporting manager without fail
- Ensure high level of Persistency & Customer Service to the customers
Relationships :
Internal Business Relationship : Training, HR, Key stakeholders, MIS & Operations
External Business Relationship : Channel Partner - BM's of assigned branches & SPs
Required qualifications, experience and Eligibility :
- Graduation/Post Graduation Degree/Professional Degree
Preferred Experience : Minimum 1 Year Insurance Sector or in Life Insurance.
Age : Max within 33 yrs.
Salary : up to 4 LPA
- Should be fluent in Kannada
- Must have 2-wheeler
Knowledge and skills desired :
Technical/ Functional Essential : Knowledge of insurance sales; Excellent Interpersonal Skills;
- Basic knowledge on Computer Operations
Desirable : Knowledge about the insurance industry; Should be high on initiative; Well-groomed and confident

- Well groomed, confident, should have good communication skills and should be able to speak one regional language compulsorily (applicable for operating regions)
- Should have good public speaking and facilitation skills - able to address and motivate the bank staff
- Should be well versed with the local language and the mapped area

- Should not succumb to pressure and able to source business independently
- Should be mobile and willing to travel and lead the team across the branches
- Should be high on integrity
