Relationship Manager - Sales - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (1-8 yrs)
Goal of the Position :
- Provide support in Sales of Life Insurance business to bank customer sat bank branches across assigned locations.
Sales : Accept warm leads from the bank's database as well as leads produced by in-branch lead generators. You can also generate your own leads. Make appointments, investigate the client's financial requirements for investment-related life
1. insurance needs, choose the best product from the company's line of offerings to meet these needs, secure the customer's purchase agreement, and correctly complete sales documentation.
2. Incentive programmed : Cascade the incentive programmes and guarantee that they are implemented successfully.
3. Facilitating the completion of medical reports and ensuring prompt policy document issuance are responsible for sales completion.
4. New markets/segments : Look for opportunities to create new markets/ segments occasionally in line with the company's sales strategy.
5. Cross-Sell/Up-Sell : Establish a strong clientele
Working Conditions :
- Controlling the sales of life insurance through designated Bank Branches.
- Managing a group of managers on the job.
- Bank and company coordination from lead generation to policy conversion.
- Follow-up with operations and instruction of bank lead generators to establish a mutually beneficial relationship with the bank and aid in client acquisition.
- Gathering and analyzing customer requirements to improve product presentations.
- Handling objections and complaints and promptly addressing them.
