Relationship Manager - Sales - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
Job Summary :
- Visit assigned bank branches on a daily basis.
- Build a relationship with the bank staff and generate leads of customers
- Meet customers and present financial products
- Sell insurance products to customers and also do after sales service.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Establish a strong business relationship with the Branch / Area Managers/ RBM's of the channel partners
- Responsible to Sales Target of assigned cluster
- Daily visits of assigned bank/channel partner branches
- Achieving assigned sales target for assigned bank/channel partner
- Generating new business from existing bank/channel partner's customer base
- Make regular joint calls with bank/channel partner resource to close a sale
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Minimum 6 months experience in Insurance Sales
- Age: 23 - 35 years
- Currently, working profiles are highly preferred
- Should have Good Communication
- Should be a graduate (Any stream)
