Relationship Manager - Sales - Agency Channel - Insurance (1-7 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Recruiting and Managing team of financial advisors/agents.
- Manager complete life cycle of agents e.g., Training the partners on our app for servicing their customers in most efficient and effective manner.
- Driving partners for higher pocket share with us and focus on renewals and ensuring that it is not diluted.
- Focus on Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly targets as assigned by the manager.
- Understand and align with company's policies.
- Maintain high level of business hygiene.
Agent Recruitment :
- Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line.
- Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring
- Implementation of MNYL GOLD process and adhere to the business norms
- Follow agent 9 pointer hiring mechanism & other hiring norms.
Desired Profile :
- Graduation or MBA.
- 1+ year of experience in similar role preferably in financial services and Sales & Marketing
- Broker Qualified certification (NIA/III ) will be an added advantage.
- In-dept understanding of business context. Very good understanding of Insurance products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stake holders
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Strong presentation skills.
