- Build and maintain relationships with key clients & stakeholders
- Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Act as the main point of contact for client queries and support
- Drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery
- Experience Required: 2 to 5 years in relationship management/sales
- Salary: 4.5 to 6.5 LPA
