Our client is hiring a full-time Relationship Manager in Bengaluru.
The Job
As the Relationship Manager, you will be generating sales leads that develop into new customers. You will also be identifying and assessing customer needs o achieve satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing outbound calls And customer service inquiries.
- No sales target, only ave o achieve standard alk time for attendance purposes.
- 6 Days of proper training with some assessments which has to be completed.
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required :
- You have at least 1 year of experience within a Sales (B2C), Sales Operations / Support, or Telesales role, ideally within the Telecommunications industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
- Should Be Able To Speak And Understand the Hindi Language in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams.
