We are hiring for a company which is one of the largest dealers of cars.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Building long term relationship with customers.
- Identifying and communicating customer needs.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Resolving customer issues and concerns.
- You will have to give test drive for customer.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
Requirements:
- You have at least 1 year experience in any Sales/ Marketing field.
- You have prior experience in customer interaction.
- Willing to manage field sales.
- Should have both 2 and 4 wheeler DL and should know 4 wheeler driving.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as verbal communication skills.
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
