Relationship Manager - Retail Sales - Airport (2-5 yrs)
We are inviting application from the candidates with any Graduation or MBA having 2+ years of work experience in in the field of Sales of any Consumer Durable, Jewellery, Luxury Retail or Apparel brand. Should possess excellent public relations skills.
This person will be responsible for handling end to end customer service & sales for the customers for the Airport. She will work on improving the overall customer relationship, delivering support and customer service
Job Responsibilities :
Manage direct relationship with customer and account coordinator.
Act as pivotal point for account, customers, across life cycle
Provide all solutions
Coordinating with SM and back end support team to ensure sales & service.
Account level service reports and MIS.
Reconciliation of billing related issue with account and interface with billing team
