Relationship Manager/Relationship Officer/Business Development Executive - NRI/NR Vertical - Bank (3-10 yrs)
- The NR vertical is part of Retail Liabilities business of the Bank. It specialize in managing NR clients who are settled abroad & have their Banking & Investments in India.
- The Location Manager of the NR vertical caters to complete Banking solutions for the clients, including Investments, Forex etc.
- The Location Manager has a team of NR RO & RM to manage the clients for their financial and banking needs in India, while they are in India or abroad. They also get support from product team.
- This role is a support role for managing the entire NR relationship management team & driving the Branch banking & Sales Team towards NR business.
- The incumbent will handle key responsibilities by supporting the RO/RM in managing clients, generating business by way of cross sell, ensuring proper attention to the client's request, on-board and deepen clients- relationship and helping the RM to achieve the team targets.
- A large part of the role involves direct interactions with RBM/AM & supervisors of different channels in order to drive the NR business in the region.
JOB ROLE:
- Create a world class NR liability for Kotak Mahindra Bank to take care of the funding requirements (extend credit facility) of the Kotak Mahindra Bank
- Meeting monthly acquisition target for liability sales.
- Initiating, in consonance with community banking, credit proposals for high net worth individuals to deepen their relationship with KMBL.
- Handling NR clients for service needs in India.
- Updating and maintaining a comprehensive database.
- Creating and maintaining hype and enthusiasm among all branch employees to generate and convert customer/referral leads.
JOB Requirements:
- Min experience - 3-5 years
- Superior relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Sales ability of a very high order
- Excellent command of product and processes knowledge
- In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets and macro micro economic processes
- Ability to carry along all the units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer - DELIGHT,-
- Leadership and managerial skills to coach, guide, train and motivate the NR Client Acquisition Team.
- Numerical and analytical skills to calculate returns / Yields / EMI etc. on products for customers.
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Understanding of the credit cycle, for the consumer as well as community banking.
Job Requirements :
- Knowledge of and understanding about the compliance policies and procedures.
- Ability to function in and add to the performance of a team.
- Ensure NR Channel meets its overall revenue
- Adherence to all regulatory, statutory and corporate compliance standards and audit requirements in full.
- Liaising with product management team, marketing and other centers for new product development, service enhancements and sales initiatives.
- Co-coordinating with other businesses to generate cross referrals and for providing NR customer's seamless access to all Kotak Mahindra Bank products e.g. direct asset products. Etc.
- Co-coordinating with and training other RM- s for delivering a common level of world class service to NRI customers for their financial needs.
