Relationship Manager - Recruitment (3-7 yrs)
Our Requirement:
We are looking for dynamic candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience for managing and mining our customers in the Mumbai region. They must have the below attributes:
1. Must have prior experience of working in a Recruitment firm and being a part of the complete Recruitment life cycle (Including sourcing, screening, scheduling and Client management ) preferably in the BFSI domain.
2. Client management/growing an account experience is mandatory.
3. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
4. Strong customer interfacing and relationship management skills.
5. Must have a Solution centric approach
6. Good presentation skills.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Client management : Interacting with clients / enterprises
- Relationship management of key stakeholders
- Travel on a weekly basis to client sites for meetings
- Regular interaction with suppliers and ensuring that consistent and optimum delivery is taking place
- Ongoing operational management of service delivery and ensuring fulfilment (on the CBREX platform)
- Resolve customer problems or escalations quickly & effectively
- Report generation for clients
- Develop the account to optimize service delivery and maximize client satisfaction.
- Achieve personal targets and contribute to the overall profitability, success and positive image of CBREX with the client
- Customer mining
- Assisting with generating new business
Desirable :
1. Would be ideal if they have worked in the role of an Account Manager at a corporate through a recruitment firm (probably through an RPO).
2. Recruitment experience in the BFSI domain is preferred.
Qualification: Bachelors degree or an MBA

Must have strong interpersonal skills
Must have attention to detail
