Relationship Manager - Partner Sales - General Insurance (2-7 yrs)
As a branch Sales Manager/Executive - Partner Sales you will be required to exceed your budgeted targets. You should have a pleasant personality and an ability develop a strong rapport with your internal and external customers and deliver highest level of satisfaction to them. As a sales person of an insurance broking company you will be required to acquire the necessary skills and qualifications as prescribed by IRDAI. An ideal candidate would be someone who has spent over 2 years in the general insurance industry with insurance company/Insurance brokers and should possess high level of proficiency in Health insurance and Life insurance products.
Job Responsibility:
1. Managing end to end sales operations for customers and POSP
2. Activation of the point of sales channel and activating them for the range of products offered by the company
3. Measuring self-productivity on a constant basis and keep track of the sales funnel
4. Work on weekly monthly sales funnel to exceed budgeted revenue targets
5. Maintain high level of integrity in sales and ensure highest level of ethical conduct
6. Making sure that all the systems and processes either communicated by the Branch manager/ Vertical head (corporate office) are adhered to
7. Assisting customers on the claims management
8. Executing end-to-end sales fulfilment
Key Skills: The candidate should have high quality communication skills and should be confident enough to engage with customers, conduct effective negotiations and close the sales deals.
Experience in selling third party products in an equity broking house or an experience in bancassurance channel with a leading insurance company will be preferred.
Mandatory: Experience in Health insurance and Life insurance products

Experience: Minimum 2-7 Years' experience in the General Insurance sector with proficiency in Health insurance and Life Insurance products. Knowledge of Motor insurance will be an added advantage.
