Job Description:

- Clientele Focus Retail & HNI Customers outside Mumbai

- Goal Acquiring new clients through the leads generated and increasing existing investors investment allocation in Quantum Mutual Fund by building strong investor relationship.

Activities:

- Initiate and develop rapport with the prospects / clients through phone calls, emails etc. and follow up to sell / up-sell / cross sell the products offered.

- Handling inbound queries and converting the prospect into clients.

- One Point Contact at Quantum for the Customers / Prospects,

Skill Set:

- Good Communication Skills in English Spoken and Written Communication skills

- Willingness to learn

- Goal oriented

- Passion to talk and convert lead into a sale

Technical:

- Knowledge of Mutual Funds

- Should have handled the financial services

- Good Knowledge of Stock Markets and Mutual Funds

- Knowledge of other major investment options.

- Client Acquisition Skills- Ability to Identify Potential Investors, generate referrals from existing investors

- Advisory Skills-Skills to advise existing investors and prospects on investing and financial goal settings.
