- NRI Business Management- Lead generation to converting leads, Day to day Banking and cross selling of various Banking and revenue generating products offered by the bank.
- Construction and management of Financial Portfolios for NRI clients
- Cultivate and manage new and existing client relationships of high-net-worth individual and their related business. Develop sales plan for each relationship to provide and array of services: Wealth Management and personal banking products.
- Aggressively marketing and selling offshore Investment, Insurance and personal banking products
- Mentoring, training & developing team members and branch staff to ensure operational efficiency and product knowledge.
- Monitoring performance of all branches to ensure efficiency in NRI banking operations and meeting of individual & group targets and corporate goals
- Planning and strategizing ways to achieve targets
- Initiating and planning Marketing activities for lead generation
- Management of online international remittance platforms
- Business generation from set of branches being managed
- Customer centric towards operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by reducing turn around time and marinating highest service standards
- Responsible for driving growth and profitability of wealth management business focusing on High Net worth Individual segment focusing on NRI clients.
- Business Acquisition - Acquiring new High Net worth NRI Relationships
- Enhancement of Bank's share in customer's wallet & enhancement in existing portfolio base.
- Selling Mutual Fund, Insurance(Life, Health and General), credit cards
- Providing Wealth Management Services to NRI clients.
- Offshore Banking Solutions from Bank, Dubai: Recommend investment solutions in the form of international mutual funds, LIC international, hedge funds, and structured products giving clients- an access to a wide variety of asset classes, such as global equities, fixed interest, emerging markets, property and commodities.
- Construction and management of Financial Portfolios for NRI clients: To provide a robust portfolio with investment solutions like mutual funds, insurance, bonds, structures
- Business Banking ( OD,CC,SBLC,LAS,LAP,FCTL)
- Proactive resolution of customer queries/requests within TAT to be case specific and reviewed with the Service Team monthly
