Relationship Manager - National Accounts Manager - POS - Corporate & Institutional Vertical - Bank. (2-8 yrs)
Job Purpose :-
This role exists to manage and grow the National Accounts portfolio assigned, deepen the relationship by ring fencing the relationship.
Responsibilities :-
Managing the Existing National Accounts portfolio assigned and Acquisition of new National Accounts:-
- Managing and deepening the Merchant Acquiring Portfolio assigned
- Routing major business share to Penetration into all branches / divisions of the merchant
- Signing up Merchants to grow the portfolio.
- Launching Bank's initiatives with these Merchants:-
- Launching the Bank's initiatives such as DCC, EMI, Smartbuy, Digipos, etc., with the assigned portfolio.
Hiring/building FOS team:-
- Hiring the FOS team
- Training the FOS team
Joint calls with the FOS to the Merchant's counters
- Relationship Management:-Build and manage relationship with internal and external channels.
- Work closely with Corporate banking ECG & FIG team for sourcing and servicing of clients.
- Build relationship with vendors to provide customized solutions to the merchant
