Relationship Manager - Motor Insurance (3-4 yrs)
Job Description :
1) Co-ordinate with Dealers/Agents for Motor (2 wheeler and 4 wheeler) vertical, Commercial and Private
2) Getting the agents on board and train them to issue policies through our portal
3) Generating premiums from various agents and providing the best service to retain the agents
4) Needs to achieve revenue targets set by the company
5) Acquisition of New dealers and DSA in Mumbai.
6) To build strong Brand image of the company in the Market.
7) Training new Dealer & DSA's as per the requirements. In order to increase the business significantly and improve the performance at each dealership & DSA's
8) Supervising the dealers, in terms of assigning tasks, evaluating their performance and taking steps in order to enhance growth.
9) Guiding and motivating the dealers/agents
10) Maintaining MIS reports for payments with concerned department
11) Arranging dealer meetings with top management of the company to get a comfort level to increase the business shares at the dealers point.
12) Ensured adherence to all rules and norms without any violation anywhere
13) Ensuring compliance & control, following the process and providing high customer service to dealers
