Relationship Manager - Mortgage Products/SME Lending (4-6 yrs)
- Should have an experience of Mortgage Products / SME Lending
- Extensive knowledge of Mortgage services, Products & Operations.
- Knowledge of current market trends will be an added advantage.
- The incumbent should have good networking and relationship building and new business development skills.
- The incumbent needs to be target oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks.
- To identify the need of changing market trends, channel development. Study competitors and do product benchmarking.
- Establish new borrowing relationships for SME Business, preparing the required credit and financial analysis as per the defined policies and procedures to enhance organization's market share
- Implement and maintain complete control aspects i.e. financial analysis of statements of accounts, documentation, periodical client visits call reports.
- Maintain and manage cordial relationship with stakeholders through client serving
