Relationship Manager - Mid Market - Corporate Finance - NBFC (2-9 yrs)
We have urgent position for Relationship Manager - Mid Market for a leading NBFC in Delhi / NCR.
Responsibilities :
- Drive the new client acquisition process at the ground level
- Develop strong long-term relationships with mid-market / MID MARKET businesses with a view of achieving growth targets in line with the business plan
- Deliver growth in overall business through the development of all key distribution channels - direct, indirect and reference
- Maintain consistently high service standards and customer satisfaction levels through periodic engagement
- Engage with existing customers post-disbursal on a periodic basis, identifying and resolving any issues raised
- Collect customer feedback and communicate this to senior management to assist in the creation of innovative new solutions
- Oversee the renewal of accounts on a periodic basis, assessing customer needs and tailoring solutions in each case
- Handle risk management and statutory activities at the ground level so as to ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory norms
Requirements :
- Any graduate with minimum 2 - 6 years of experience into mid market sales with financial institutions
- Good communication skills
- Confident
- Pleasing personality
- Strong relationship management skills
