Relationship Manager - Customer Acquisition & Customer Servicing - with Capital Market Broking Company
Key responsibilities :
1. Participate in direct marketing campaigns aimed at spreading awareness about the investment products
2. Identify corporates where such direct marketing campaigns can be conducted
3. Coordinate with HR/Management of such corporate houses for conducting the campaigns on the premises.
4. Ensure customer registrations through such campaigns
5. Acquire customer and channel partners through various marketing campaigns
6. Participate in direct marking campaigns aimed at acquiring customers and channel partners
7. Identify places (e.g., exhibitions, housing societies, office parks, etc.) where such direct marketing campaigns can be conducted.
8. Coordinate with various agencies for conducting the campaigns
9. Ensure the participation of people in marketing campaigns
Specific/Relevant Experience :
1. Should understand fixed-income financial products - bonds/mutual funds/insurance
2. Prior experience in selling these directly will be an added advantage
3. Relationships across corporates to conduct marketing campaigns
Functional Skills and Capabilities :
1. Good communication skills - the ability to communicate in English/Hindi and Marathi (regional language)
2. Knows to conduct virtual meetings (technical savvy) whenever required
3. Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
4. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
