Lender Relationship Manager :
- We are looking for a Lender Relationship Manager to join our dynamic, award-winning, and fast-growing team at
- As a Lender Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for converting loans into faster sanction and disbursement. In this role you will be responsible to provide loan closing support in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure that the file is logged in real-time with the lender partner, without any sales queries or incomplete documentation.
- Ensure faster approval or rejection from the lender partner as per the defined TAT
- Influence and negotiate to achieve business objectives.
- Facilitate the loan closing process and ensure all required policies, guidelines, and standards are met.
- Daily coordination with internal stakeholders such as underwriting, legal, etc. for pre & post-approval activities.
- Develop and oversee loan disbursements, documents, and reports along with obtaining credit and financial information as required.
- Prepare closing, develop closure instructions, supervise contingencies, and verify lock information.
- Ensure loans are processed as per established company procedures and policies.
- Address more complex escalated customer requests and transactions or escalate with recommendations.
- Recommend and implement solutions based on analysis of the case and implications for the business.
- Analyze the credit documentation for the credit approval, structure the loan parameters on the lending system, and communicate deal information to deal stakeholders.
- Develop knowledge of a customer's business, industry, and market in an effort to better serve their needs.
- Responsible for complete "ownership" of all execution related activities for delivering and maximizing "KAM" business (volume + revenue)
- Meticulously track & own partner's business funnel and find growth opportunities
- Smart at relationship management with senior management team at partner's end
- Overachieve and deliver monthly partner wise business volume and revenue targets across key accounts
- Ensure timely delivery of customized partner product propositions by working closely with internal business, product & tech teams
Key Skills :
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Marketing and related field6+ years of B2B/Retails sales experience across E-aggregator business, Bancassurance channels, Banks, NBFC's & Fintech's
- Excellent MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint is a mandatory skill.
- Learns Fast/Decisive. Thinks fast. Agile. Adapts to new situations quickly. Has been highly successful within organizations that have a high agility
- High on 'Self Learning' due to diverse nature of project
- Positive with an achievement-oriented mindset. Finds ethical ways to get things done
- Ability to understand and solve complex business requirements by correctly interpreting them to a design brief
