Position -: Manager - Bancassurance
Location : Mumbai
Department : Bancassurance & Alliances
Function : Sales and Distribution
CTC upto : 5 LPA
Key Responsibilities : Handled super HNI & NRI clients
- Pitching for property insurance and health insurance
- Maintained regular connect with clients and sort their issues
- Develop a long standing relationship with the customer and Bank RM
- Working with Organization to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies.
- Enhancing product knowledge & Providing Training to Bank team
- Solving insurance queries
- Adhered to guidelines of Banca Sales
- Achieving the monthly targets as desired.
- Team Player in Banca Management.
- Travelling is must.
Minimum Qualification : A graduate degree holder in any discipline
Minimum Experience : 2-3 Years of experience, preferably in Life / General Insurance (Bancassurance only). Relationship Management/ Investment & Wealth Advisory (Banks)
- Has demonstrated capabilities of managing Affluent/HNI Customers in the previous roles directly/indirectly
