Relationship Manager - Loan Against Property - NBFC (2-10 yrs)
We need below skills to be there while hiring RM:
1. Loan Against Property- Product Knowledge - Relevant Experience minimum 3 years in LAP
2. Preferably High Value ticket size of loan amount (above 5 crore)
3. Property Understanding - Legal aspects, Valuation of the property, Title clarification, etc.
4. Complete understanding of Financials - Balance sheets and Profit & loss A/c
5. Having experience in dealing with HNI clients - Good Communication Skill
6. Having good DSA and Connector network to source the LAP from the market
7. Preferable residing in same region / Location
