Relationship Manager LAP
- Sourcing of LAP cases from open market channel (DSA), Cross Channel and Direct cases to achieve Budgeted volumes.
- Meeting HNI clients and explain various products related to Loan against property.
- Liaise with Credit team for Documentation and underwriting process involved in sanction of Cases.
- Coordination with Cross Functions (Legal / Technical / Operations) for day to day activities involved in processing of Sanction and disbursement of LAP Cases.
- Responsible for deepening distribution network by consistently adding new channels Ensure additional revenue generation through cross - sell & Multiple product selling.
Skill Set :
- Should possess in-depth knowledge of Consumer Asset products.
- Has managed senior business roles within the bank, including client interface roles.
- Team Management experience and skills.
- Self-Driven, Motivated, Good with numbers.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
