Relationship Manager - Loan Against Property (2-12 yrs)
Job Description :
- Business generation through Builders, Channels, Connectors, Internal departments & branches.
- Setting up distribution Sales Managers, Executives, Channels & Connectors of Loan Against Property(LAP).
- Overall profitability by maintaining required WIRR, PF and Insurance.
- Continuously monitor, assess, anticipate & meet requirements of the field sales with respect to policy and process simplification.
- Business generation through existing relationship of Construction Finance, Government business, SME business & other Retail Assets products.
- Responsible for promoting & organising events of Loan Against Property & Home Loans at builder sites, branches & corporate.
- Closure of all gaps for internal as well as external audits.
