JOB DESCRIPTION
Roles and responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for managing a growing customer portfolio
- Provide account leadership for the customers and some solutions consulting
- Act as the liaison between the customer and other departments
- Pro-actively call all contact levels to ensure their experience with their expectations and that they are satisfied with the services
- Identify and close opportunities for growth
- Perform above what is expected to provide exceptional support and service to customers
- Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the entire services line
- Help to document best practices in customer relationship management and in deploying solutions
- Approximately 30% travel required, including occasional international travel
Candidate profile:
Education and experience -
1. Any post-graduate or graduate degree 2. 7+ years sales/account management experience with at least 2 years in Key Account Management
2. Experience in providing solutions based on customer needs
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
5. Excellent organizational skills
6. Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
